• Human resources data report to the management
• Coordinate good understanding between employees and executives
• Solve the problem about human resource work to employees and executives
• Update and Propose salary structure to executives
• Prepare work evaluation data for probationary staff and submit to each department
• Improvement and report department KPI to department managers, executives and present at the meeting.
• Participate all departments to review & update JD Leader and control employee to follow compliance
• Follow safety rules in working, 5 S, activity Suggestions and ISO system
• Customer service environmental protection
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• Male or Female / Age not more than 40 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Political Science, Law, Personnel Management or related field
• Experience: 3-5 Years up and/or get approved form top management.
• Specialist: Knowledgeable labor law, and other related laws, have skills in personnel management, leadership, good coordination and fluent in English.
• Knowledgeable salary structure.
• Have a good relationship, Creative, Circumspection, able to use computer and office equipment.
