รายละเอียดงาน :
• Deep knowledge of import regulations and Customs Act.
• Expertise in import documentation (BL Manifest ,Certificates of Origin and Import entry).
• Proficient in FTA and Bonded Warehouse procedures.
• Experience with e-Customs system, EDI/Paperless systems, specialized Logistics software, and MS Excel.
• At least 2-3 years of Customs and Freight Forwarder experience.
• Holding a Customs Broker License is required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• Responsible for customs brokerage activities such as preparing shipment declarations customs and excise documentation and customs clearance paperwork.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and Government agencies (Thai customs, excise department) and able to resolve any issues at the port or bonded warehouse.
• Prepare and process import declarations through e-Customs and Paperless systems, ensuring all shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L) are accurate.
• Oversee and validate import documentations to ensure full compliance with Thai Customs and Excise Department regulation.
• Ensure accuracy in the calculation of import duties and excise taxes to maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Review tariff classification, customs privileges, import tax planning and excise tax compliance.
• Maintain organized files of all entries and supporting documents for audit purposes.
