Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment teams across Executive Search, Mass Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment. This entry-level role focuses on coordination, administration, candidate communication, and recruitment support, providing strong exposure and a clear career path in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination & Support
Assist recruitment consultants with daily recruitment activities
Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics
Prepare interview schedules, confirmations, and follow-up communications
Support recruitment tracking and reporting
2. Candidate Communication & Administration
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and process updates
Collect and verify candidate documents
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
Support onboarding coordination for successful candidates
3. Service-Specific Support
Executive Search
Support coordination of interviews with senior-level candidates
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information
Assist with reference check coordination
Mass Outsourcing
Support high-volume recruitment coordination and candidate tracking
Assist with interview days, assessment centers, and bulk onboarding
Track candidate attendance and hiring status
IT Recruitment
Coordinate technical interviews and online assessments
Track candidate availability for contract and project-based roles
Assist with offer and contract documentation
4. Internal Coordination
Liaise with recruitment consultants, HR, operations, and sales teams
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth recruitment processes
Support recruitment events and hiring campaigns
