Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment consultants and delivery teams across Executive Search, Mass Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment. This role focuses on coordination, scheduling, candidate management, and recruitment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination & Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities in support of recruitment consultants
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients (online and on-site)
Manage interview logistics, assessments, and feedback tracking
Support recruitment teams with daily operational tasks
2. Candidate Management & Communication
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documents, and process updates
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
Support offer management, document collection, and onboarding coordination
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
3. Recruitment Administration
Prepare recruitment documentation, reports, and trackers
Maintain job postings across job boards and social media platforms
Track recruitment KPIs such as interview ratios, offer status, and time-to-fill
4. Service-Specific Support
Executive Search
Coordinate interviews with senior executives and C-level stakeholders
Manage confidential candidate information and discreet communication
Support reference checks and offer coordination
Mass Outsourcing
Support high-volume recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Track large candidate pools, attendance, and hiring status
Assist with onboarding coordination for bulk hiring projects
IT Recruitment
Coordinate technical interviews, online assessments, and coding tests
Manage candidate availability for contract and project-based roles
Support offer extensions and contract documentation
5. Internal & Client Coordination
Liaise with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams
Ensure timely follow-ups and process alignment
Support recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring campaigns
