Job Description
– Advise corporate clients on strategic gift selections that align with their brand identity, campaign goals, and target audience.
– Analyze client needs and create tailored proposals and quotations with creative and practical gift solutions.
– Manage and grow key corporate accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
– Coordinate with internal teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and quality delivery.
– Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, LINE CRM) to manage client pipelines, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
– Stay informed on market trends and emerging gifting innovations, and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
– Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop customized and impactful gift solutions for various campaigns and occasions.
– Support business growth by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to sales strategy discussions.

Requirement
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management, client services, or consultative sales (experience in premium products, branding, or events is a strong plus).
– Proven ability to manage and develop key corporate accounts with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
– Creative thinker with a strong sense of branding and presentation.
– Proficient in using CRM systems and sales pipeline tools.
– Able to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Good command of English, both spoken and written (Business level preferred).
